Hi, I’m Judith Marie, and I’m here to walk beside you as we rewrite the rules of midlife together. My Story: Forged by Fire, Fueled by Purpose

I’ve been where you are: feeling invisible, wrestling with hormonal chaos, and wondering, ‘Is this all there is?’ My journey began with loss—losing my father too young, surviving abuse, and becoming a teen mom. Foster care, trauma, and fighting to be seen taught me resilience. But midlife? That’s where I learned to thrive —not just survive.

Motherhood (to five fierce humans!) showed me the power of nurturing—not just others, but ourselves. Decades of therapy, transpersonal studies, and spiritual exploration taught me this: Healing isn’t linear, and midlife isn’t an ending—it’s a launchpad.

A few years ago, I found myself standing in a life I didn’t recognize. After losing my husband, raising five kids into adulthood, and realizing my therapist’s couch knew me better than my own mirror, I realized something: Midlife isn’t an ending—it’s an invitation to finally choose yourself.

With a Master’s in Psychology (and enough real-life credits to qualify for a PhD in “Adulting 404”), I’ve spent decades studying why we do what we do. But here’s the eye openeer: No textbook prepared me for the raw, humbling, hilarious journey of starting over at 50.
